Sheraton Orlando North Hotel - Maitland, Florida

Wir schliefen nur eine Nacht im Sheraton Orlando North und wir sehen die Qualität hier ähnlich wie im Sheraton in Fort Lauderdale. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gross, das Personal freundlich, die Parkplätze gratis und nachts kann man sehr gur schlafen (keine störenden Hintergrundgeräusche). Wir fanden nur die ewig in dem Gängen rumliegenden benutzten Teller vor den Hotelzimmern (Zimmerservice) ein wenig unpassend - oder hässlich. Aber wir würden hier wieder übernachten.

Had a comfortable week-long stay at the hotel for work. The room was spacious and had a living room and enough space to spread out. The gym was clean and machines in good working order. ||The room included access to the Club, which had a full breakfast. The dinner was more appetizers. Carlos did a great job tending to the guests in the club. ||The lobby also has a convenience store; however, its offering are limited and in the afternoon for some reason reduce the amount of items available.||Overall a comfortable stay and the hotel is mostly business travelers making it less noisy than other locations.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the lobby is beautiful. However, for the cost of the rooms I expected much better; the bathroom looked half cleaned, there was old hairs everywhere, The patio deck had mold and bugs, and the walls are very thin you can hear people rustling around. There is also no microwave in the rooms only a fridge, and none of the trash cans had trash bags.

Every day that I had housekeeping come in, they took the towels but never replaced them. Every single time. Then one day I had to call for bath gel. Front desk brought it (thank you). Then the following day, I expected the old one to be removed but I was wrong.

My final evening I was in the elevator with a lady that had to go to the front desk to retrieve the towels she had asked for earlier. I laughed and told her I'd been having the same problems. She laughed and offered me one of her towels just in case I had the same problem again. She was correct in assuming that I would need the towels because, again.

I have stayed at this location at least 30 nights in the past two years so I consider myself to be a frequent traveler. The hotel quality and amenities are comparable with other Marriot level hotels and similar competitive brands (Hilton) around the state of Florida. This hotel is in a business district, so the staffing levels are equal (i.e., limited weekend and late evening restaurant staff). With that understanding, you would not be disappointed.|If I could give six stars out of five, or an eleven out of ten for the hotel staff, I would! I would have to give a special acknowledgement to my "teammate", Fabiana, who is part of the front desk staff. She redefines the word, "professional", and is a true feather in this hotel's cap. There are other staff members, both male and female alike, that have always made arrival and registration feel more like coming home than checking in.|I did mention earlier the limited services after business hours. However, the team members on restaurant staff (The Tobar) have always been friendly and accommodating, each time.|In summary, good hotel with really great staff! I have platinum level status with another hotel chain so I cannot stay as often as I would like but given the platinum level service that Fabiana and the entire team at this hotel provides, I stay as often as I can.||You will not be disappointed.

Thank you for a most memorable stay experience. From the moment we first arrived, up until our departure four days later, the staff overwhelmed us with their consideration and hospitality. Fabiana was the desk agent I had the pleasure of first interacting with; she went above and beyond in welcoming us and making sure our stay started off on the right foot. Throughout our stay she was kind enough to check-in with us to see how we were doing. Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and stressful. While the hotel has good facilities and a convenient location, our experience was overshadowed by the poor service we received, especially from a staff member named Mr. Victor.

During our stay, my child became ill and vomited in our carpeted room. The smell made it impossible for us to remain there, so we requested to be moved to another room. However, Mr. Victor refused to accommodate our request, displaying a complete lack of empathy and understanding of the situation.

This left us with no choice but to leave the hotel in the middle of the night, still in our pajamas, and find alternative accommodation elsewhere. It was a deeply unpleasant and frustrating experience that no family should have to endure.

The lack of sensitivity and unwillingness to help ruined what could have been a pleasant stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, as customer care seems to be far from their priority.
