WARNING
I stayed here for one night. An I will never stay here ever again it's dirty an nasty there was stuff like oil thrown all over the walls an they will find an excuse to keep your deposit. I was smoking outside because there all non smoking rooms an when I went back inside the hotel phone rang I picked up the an the awful man at the front desk told me no smoking outside then I went to the office to find out what the problem is he told to go outside an take a couple of puffs an go back in who says these things to people that is very controlling it's very clear that they are very racist as they claim not to be they are. Find another hotel. They claim it's remolded no it's not it's nasty an run down. When I pulled in an saw the parking lot empty at 5:30pm should have been a warning

The people who work here are very racist. Been here once rooms are ehh. If you can go anywhere else go. They will discriminate on you and your wife/gf. If you Hispanic or black they can be very rude. In the past called here when I came to visit family and they said they had available rooms, when I arrived they said no all rooms where taken all of sudden. This place is trash and recommend any other place then this trash hotel and racist staff.

They are most definitely racist. I called over the phone and was given a price and told that there was a room available. When I arrived, the man was trying to charge 100 dollars extra. I then asked about the condition of the rooms because of the reviews and was then told he doesn’t have a room for me. Wasted time and money even running across this place. Read the other reviews! This place is a dump!

I had my crew stay here for a month while we tried to find a permanent place to rent. It isn't the nicest hotel because it could use some upgrading but it was definitely the cheapest In the area. And I really did my homework. They cleaned our rooms daily and always asked if we needed extra towels or anything else. It is very close to many fast food restaurants and minutes from historic McKinney. I had two rooms and we never had any issues and the owners and the staff are very friendly. They have weekly rates!

I've been staying at this place for now about a month and half and it's been a great stay. rooms are very nice and clean with recently changed new beddings and this new beds are so comfy i sleep like a baby. the staff here are very friendly and accommodating they are willing to take care of thr guests anytime and they know how to take care of there property as well and also there are many walking distance restaurants around.||this is by far one of the nicest hotel i've stayed at with affordable price.

Rooms are ok, hard floors no carpets, a/c nice and cool almost to cool at nights. Only problem Is the place is always full and I can't get more than 1 night at a time and waiting half the day to come.back.

The second night staying here had bites all over me from fleas and bedbugs.. The linens were stained sheets, towels, bed spread had stains with burn holes. And this place is extremely dirty and nasty!! And they over charge each time u go in the prices change.. The manager is rude ||Now we had another issue today 09/05/2013 all of rooms had no running water for over 2 hrs

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Every morning you are awaken by a loud bang and shout at your door that it is check out time @ 10:30 sharp. They are racist and very untrusting that you will leave at 11am check out.
